i think the theme of people is the way to go. but how about less generic poses. something less staged and more real. i also like the idea of the die cut poster. could be an interesting eye catching shape that is unconventional.... but could also make it confusing and purposeless. form follows function. just think about why and you are doing it and does it make sense, is it practical
